How do loans work?
To apply for an online loan, simply click the Apply Now button to get started and the process is done completely online. Just submit your application, and you’ll receive a loan decision right away. If approved, you select your loan amount and electronically sign your documents. Then, the loan is directly deposited into your bank account no later than the next banking day. When payments are due, the agreed upon amounts are electronically deducted from your bank account.
To apply, you must:
Have an active checking account
Have a steady source of income
Have a Social Security Number
Have a valid and active email address
Must be at least 18 years of age (Alabama residents must be at least 19 or 18 and married)
When will I receive the money for my online loan?
For new customers, receiving funds from your online loan varies based on the time your application is approved. Once you receive the email notification of your loan approval, use the guidelines below to determine the timing of receiving your money:
Monday through Friday: If your loan is approved by 10:30 AM ET, Monday – Friday, you will typically receive your funds by end of the same day. If your loan approval is after 10:30 AM ET, you will typically be funded the morning of the next banking day.
Friday 10:30 AM ET - Sunday 10:30 AM ET: If your loan is approved between 10:30 AM ET on Friday and 10:30 AM ET on Monday, you will receive your funds on Monday, unless it is a bank holiday.
Please note, the exact time of funding depends on when your bank posts to your bank account. If you expect to receive funds on a certain day but have not, first contact your bank.
Before final loan approval, you may receive an email regarding your loan status. Please check the email used to apply for a loan, as we may request additional information to finalize your application. As soon as we receive the information requested, we will complete your loan processing.
For existing customers, instant deposit of your funds to your debit card is an option in most states.
How can I make a payment?
For online loans, payments are automatically scheduled to be withdrawn from your checking account on the due date. You can also make a payment anytime by logging in to your online account and select Make a Payment. Or, you can make a payment over the phone by calling (844)562-6480 or connect with us through chat.
What is the status of my loan?
You can review your loan details by logging into your online account, chatting or calling us at (844)562-6480. If you have questions about a loan received in a store, please contact the store for more details.
When can I reapply after payoff?
In most states, you can apply right away once your payment is made in cash or with a debit card. When payments are made through an electronic withdrawal directly from your bank account, it can take 3 to 5 days for that payment to clear. Once the payment clears, you are eligible to reapply for a new loan. Please note, some states require a waiting period between loans. For example, in Florida, customers must wait 24 hours between payoff and ability to reloan.
What if I cannot pay the amount due on the due date?
If you are unable to make your upcoming payment, please contact us at (844)562-6480 to discuss available payment options. You can also reach out to your local store for more information. In some states, refinance options are available.
